Pina Colada ... I prefer virgin, I never quite had it with alcohol before. This drink is still muy delicioso. It also has a lovely smell that, you would not even know that it was a drink, it seems more like something that you would eat in something sweet. It is real simply to make all it takes is:
2 cups coconut milk
3 cups pineapple juice
2 cups crushed pineapple
1/2 cup shredded coconut, sweetened
1 cup rum, preferably golden
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon clear vanilla

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Blend in batches using a blender. Serve over ice.
I also found that there is a song, a Pina Colada song by 3scape.

Okay, this profile is very well done and I think that i can clearly stand by my statement when I say that you have no life, lol :). No, but really, your blogs on food are really detailed and descriptive. Your page along with your blogs are interesting to read and I would suggest some time finding a life while you harbor this much creativity inside you. Ride a bike or just chill outside or something, lol.
